Terms for having access to Candor Documents.

MSDS
All Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) created by Candor Sweden AB are the property of Candor Sweden AB. The purpose with MSDS is to provide customers with necessary information to handle our products safely. The MSDS are available for buying customers.

Without permission from Candor Sweden AB, users of our MSDS are not allowed to:

Change the MSDS in any way.
Make MSDS publicly available or distribute MSDS to outsiders (distribution to authorities is allowed).
Share login-information to any outsider. Login-information is for customers only and shall be handled adequately.

In case of misuse, Candor Sweden AB reserves the right to block the customer's account.

Information about personal data processing

The personal data Candor Sweden AB collects is necessary for us to administer and fulfill our contractual obligations and meet your wishes as a customer. Personal data (name and address only) may also be used for marketing purposes with us and our business partners. If you do not want that kind of information, please let us know in writing.
